Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.

How Our Orders Work

Happy Paws Store works with trusted suppliers who ship orders directly to you. This means your order goes straight from our supplier to your door — no middleman delays on our end.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 1–14 business days from the date your order is placed, depending on your location and product availability.

We know that's a wide window, and we appreciate your patience. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our suppliers and carriers. Occasional delays due to high order volume, weather, or carrier issues may occur and are outside our control.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue isn't resolved, contact us and we'll work with the supplier to find a solution.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
